Cons:
The quoted price was $29.95 plus taxes per day with 200 miles per day. Somehow, I wound up being charged $265 for a 4 day rental. That alone is enough to upset me because obviously the quoted price was hiding extra fees or other costs.8.0 Very good

The staff were patient and helpful. You’d think that should be common in customer service but sadly it’s not so it’s great to step up to the counter and receive this great service. Especially during the holidays!Cons:

Although smoking in car is not allowed, they first gave me a "smokey" car where the smell made me sick. When I objected, they quickly moved me to another car - no hassles. But did not like that they tried to pass off a smelly car on me.Budget

Without telling me I was paying more for an upgrade I didn’t ask for and paying no attention to the confirmation number I offered l ended up paying $90.00 more for a bigger vehicle than I needed. My fault for being tired but I know There was no mention of upgrade or a resulting cost increase.Avis

I reserved by vehicle for 12pm noon and arrived at 12:05pm to find the location closed. Kayak didn't give me any notification that I would have to arrive earlier than noon if I expected to get a car. It caused a huge logistical headache for my trip and I won't be booking cars through Kayak again.10.0 Wonderful
