We found food wrappers under a seat The windshield fluid was low I had to add it myself They are definitely not checking these cars before they are rented Also there was only a quarter of a tank of gas as I was pulling out of the lot I returned the car with more gas then I receive it with. This was the Lakewood rental I have used the one in Toms River other times they were 100 % better10.0 Wonderful

When your airline cancels your flight and you have to fly the next available one you should not be charged an extra day for showing up six hours after I was supposed to be there. There should be a little buffer for customers with valid reasons. I paid the insurance and everything.Hertz
