This hotel looks nothing like the pictures property is old and out dated could have been cleaned better and staff was not friendly over poor experience
Pros:The breakfast staff was friendly.
Cons:The room was on the shabby side. Strange bathroom. Odd pillows. Damp and sketchy carpet. And an inexplicable charge for $1.08 added by the hotel. I cannot believe that this hotel had this Kayak rating. I will not put much stock in them in the future, nor stay at a Clarion property.

Pros:I enjoyed the overall cleanliness of the hotel, location, and hot breakfast.
Cons:There was an incident with their computer system I'm assuming. The first day within the first hour of being in our room laying down, someone literally opened our door with a hotel key. They apparently doubled booked our room, so someone came in and that was awkward nonetheless. Then on the second day I noticed my card was charged for a full night stay when I had already paid for the hotel in full! I know they put holds on your card for incidentals but not for a full night stay. I wasn't even worried about the money, you just shouldn't have to deal with that kind of stuff while your on vacation. Its called vacation for a reason! So that was a mess and I had to sort that out. I must say the front desk lady was very helpful and polite in helping me with the situation. But its a little odd how the front desk manager didn't even contact me or apologize for the situation. ..especially when they have to authorize those fixes. I wasn't offered anything for the inconvenience and it was a little stressful, which it shouldn't have been. Very doubtful I will book there again after that.
Pros:The staff was very friendly and funny, no fear to joke and laugh with you, very polite. Room was very clean and beyond expectation. Check in and out was fast and easy
