newly remodeled room very nice staff was super.
I checked in & asked about bad reviews while they were remodeling. They said, 'yes, now we're only putting new lamps in the rooms.' During the night, their Wi-Fi wouldn't stay connected & the next morning, I stepped into construction site!
Quiet , comfortable , easy in and out
The neighborhood is a little rough and the driveway access from the street side is horrible, too steep to be that short
Definite need of remodel. Directions took us to a shady neighborhood.
The staff, the construction, the food, and the insensitivity to my customer experience.
It was very nasty and we received sores from there. All of us had to be treated
the staff is friendly
the room rate
I thought it was overpriced for the actual hotel. My sister got the Marriott courtyard next door for the same price and it was much nicer. this hotel is just okay.
They serve breakfast
Rooms cud b cleanier
I didn't sleep well at all, the mattresses weren't comfortable.
The bed is Awesome it's large & comfortable
No pancakes for breakfast & oatmeal I luv it baby
Hotel Employee was a very helpful young man at the front desk.
Good continental breakfast, good coffee. Nice indoor pool and machine workout room. Clean comfortable beds, good climate control, quiet. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. Mini fridge and microwave. Takes opaque bookings.
The building itself could use a face lift. It's very clean, but you can tell the hotel has been around for some time. No modern light fixtures for plugging in your tech devices (AC outlets are scarce). It is what it is, but it is well maintained.
Easy check n wonderful breakfasts
Wen u go out d side doore wasn't able 2 use d key for 're Enter don't kno if it was an defect r dat was d way dey were....
It met my needs.
There was nothing that I didn't like.
It was the filthiest Fairfield I've ever stayed it. Horrible experience. Low low level.
Staff was very nice. Good recommendations for restaurants. Liked spinning the wheel for a prize.
Air conditioner didn't cool off to set level. Didn't sleep well because it was too hot. Tv remote needed new batteries.
The staff was amazing. Each time we entered or exited they spoke and could carry a conversation. Never saw them without a smile. The staff was great.
The room wasn't the cleanest I had seen. There was a bottle cap on the floor from a previous guest. The beds were so low floor. There weren't that many covers on the bed. It was a dated hotel.
Very friendly staff.
The first room assigned was unkept, full of beer cans and stunk; the second room was acceptable. It is hard to find entrance -- not on service road in spite of address.
The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly!
The beds were uncomfortable and small, the room was noisey, and the location was undesirable. Did not sleep well at all.
Hard to get to and so musty that they were running a dehumidifier. It also smelled like it had been smoked in even though it was a smoke free room and hotel.
Excellent stay, great clean rooms. Nice food.
Internet was in and out a little bit.
Linens & towel dingy stained. Chairs in room stained. Bed skirts looked like the had been dipped in mud. Guy at the front every question I asked he did not know the answer. TV stopped working the night we checked in was still not working @ check out.
All the staff members are great. Stephanie is the greatest.
Breakfast was fantastic! Eggs, sausage, waffles, juice, yogurt, toast, variety of cold cereals, milk, oatmeal with toppings, coffee, and tea. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Hotel is very much in need of remodeling, but room was very clean.
Best part was having a suite.
Location was horrible, no one could find us really. Room was small. Bed was low to the ground. Room needed to Two a/c unit to cool off entire room. Shower was raising off the wall and one staff had an attitude for no reason for two days straight.
The room itself was clean and bed was comfy. The breakfast was good and staff were very pleasant.
The hall was dark and dingy and looked old.
TOOK US 50 MINS TO CHECK IN. NEW EMPLOYEE WAS NOT TRAINED PROPERLY. KEPT CALLING FOR ASSISTANCE. WE STOOD THERE WITH NO UPDATE ON WHAT WAS GOING ON. POOL WAS SO NASTY THAT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN JUST CLOSED DOWN. CARPET NASTY BAD ODOR.
Old and somewhat rundown. Some of the towels are worn through. This is probably a 1-1/2 or 2 star location.
The reception from the desk clerk. Always so friendly and professional.
After entering my room I began to iron my clothes. After a few mins. I had gone to run bath water. I discovered someone had used the toilet and did not flush. It made me sick to my stomach . I could not eat my dinner after a long 6 hr drive.
The Front Desk clerk was very nice.
Carpet looks dirty and had humidifiers in hallway very tacky
Ms. Cantu (no relation) who checked us in was very friendly.
The room was very old and in need of remodeling. The carpet was disgusting and I absolutely would not walk on it without shoes. Just a very old hotel compared to other Fairfield Hotels.
Location was hard to find because there was no signage. However, it was conveniently located near the Interstate and dining.
Front desk staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. Manager on duty was rude and unhelpful at check-in. Hotel is dark, dank and run down. Carpets look worn and dirty. Rooms are inadequate and sparsely accented. Lobby smells of chlorine.
It was close to the freeway.
Hotel is not 2 1/2 star should be a 2 star. Hotels a little rundown and beds are uncomfortable.
Nice clean rooms.
Wifi did not work. Very frustrating considering I had to go somewhere else.
Had humidifier in room. Wife was sick and coughing all night and the next morning. Stayed in motel in Houston the next 2 nights and didn't have same symptons.
Location in reference to were we had to go
Small one cup coffee maker. Some of the staff.
Acess to the interstate.
Beds were really low
The place was very dirty stains on furniture carpet dirty sand in bath tub
the rooms and public areas are dated, not well maintained and not very clean..
Staff was nice
Hotel was dirty & was bug infested! It shld be considered a motel.
First of all, let me say that there was a HUGE amount of construction surrounding the hotel that was not advertised anywhere on their website. The area surrounding the hotel is questionable at best, and there should have been some sort of security in place. The free wi-fi was a helpful amenity. It helped me find another hotel for the rest of my stay! Rooms were small, beds were hard, A/C didn't work in my room and I was told there wasn't anywhere to move us! The room DEFINITELY had a smoker in it on a regular basis and there was an attempt to erase the smell, but it didn't work. Computer table had been repainted and ruined our clothes! Swimming pool area wasn't very nice, looked dirty, no towels. We paid $/day for our room and I feel like we were short-changed. Although 'Jimmy Dean' sausage biscuits were advertised prominently on their webpage, there were none that I saw at breakfast. There was NO attempt whatsoever to help make our stay any more comfortable after several conversations with the staff and management. Please do not recommend this hotel to ANYONE.
We booked this hotel because of the rating and the price. We were very pleased to find that this hotel was smoke free. The rooms were clean and very pleasant. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The continental breakfast had a large selection of items. The coffee and cookies in the afternoon were also good. We will look for the Fairfield again on our travels.
We booked hotel for rate and star rating... had a prior not so great rating regarding breakfast. Glad we booked. Staff was exceptionally courteous & accommodating. Bed was very comfortable (a priority). Bathrooms clean. Linens smelled fresh, not stale, like some other hotels. Breakfast options were extensive for continental, fresh and tasty! Well worth your consideration and money. We'll be back in December and will book Fairfield again
