The gentleman who appeared to have been a manager seemed genuinely sorry for my poor service experience.Cons:
They could have had the car I reserved at the time I reserved it (9:00 AM). Then, when I returned in the afternoon to get a car, they could have given me a car that did not smell like an ashtray.10.0 Wonderful
