They put me in room 405. The room was a handicapped room the bed was terribly uncomfortable.
The white bedcloth showed it's cleanness and did not smell from bleaching.Very clean. Good shower and size of bathroom. The choise of the free breakfast was good, too.Easy access and turn back on the road.Friendly staff.Price / Performance is good.
Location ... and friendly housekeeping staff. They went overboard to meet expectations.
location, friendly attitude shown by employees
bad food for breakfast, loud noises from hallway, someone put me in a handicapp room not needed which made room small, overall experience except employees
Breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable.
Bed was great, bedding was great everything was clean and fresh. Property was well maintained.
I note a lot of hotels are not providing glasses in the rooms; just paper cups. We really would like to have a glass for a in-room cocktail or even to brush our teeth.
The location. You have a fine staff. Friendly, informative, well spoken and helpful. The modern look of it all and the cleanliness.
You price is OK but a bit steep and you give no breaks online offers(Price line etc.)
Ended up making my reservation in a smoking room by mistake. The hotel was full so I was stuck. Other than that, hotel was one of the nicer ones I've stayed in Beckley Area, breakfast set up was nice. I had a hard time finding it as it is off of a service road and not on the main drag.
Stayed at hotel and it was good location to Winterplace, but the hotel charged us twice. I paid through web but the hotel charge my credit card anyways. My balance when checking out was zero. When I called to get a credit they wouldn't help me. I had to go through web to fight the charges, Hampton did help me at all.....
Looks like most Hampton Ins. Starbucks, Bob Evans, Outback, Applebee's are close. Harper Road is good location.
