Location, staff was trying to be helpful
Room was not ready, lack of coordination between staff members
Friendly staff. Good location right in Hamra. Several nice bars and restaurants around the hotel
Hotel is hidden around the corner, has no visible sign on the street. Taxi driver couldn´t find it, I called the hotel to find out their location and they didn't give me any information. We spent 40 minutes going around the Hamra street until we found it. Room was clean, not really nice, especially bathroom. Cable internet should have been in every room, I didn't find any cable and there was no wifi either. Maybe you need to ask at the reception. You can accept this hotel for one night but I would definitely pay 20 USD more and choose another hotel in the area next time.
I did not like to place. Was so dirty and bad... and it is expensive also...Dont go there....
The hotel has a very good location, steps from hamra main street
Very bad experience: dirty rooms (we were a group of friends and we took 3 rooms). The bathrooms were dirty too, with used soap!! You can not look to the carpets. blankets were dirty (tasks and hair) and torn. very old dirty curtains. very very poor reception with dirty entrance. highly recommended to keep away.
i liked it alot.my stay will not be the first and the last :)
