The front desk was very friendly ! The whole hotel was very very clean . The breakfast was great we will be staying there again
Nice hotel considering the area
Smaller town without the traffic of Albuquerque but a good selection of eating places. Will stay there again.
Room rates. Courteous staff. Continental breakfast. Overall good stay.
Husband felt mattress was a little worn (soft in middle).
It was run very efficiently!
Excellent breakfast buffet. different items every day.
Had too many problems with the swimming pool.
Nice large room. Clean and comfortable.
The toilet plugged up. They did give us a plunger to unclog it.
The fire alarms went off for 3 hours in the middle of the night and the hotel said ' its not our fault ' ? They blamed the alarm company ( who they hired ) and refused to do anything in the way of compensation until i made several calls and they did $20
The pool area was fine but the pool did not look to be the quality expected. The surface was crackes and there were black marks, I'm not sure what they were.
We have stayed at this hotel at least twice a year for the past several years. We stop there on our way from CO to AZ in the fall and then once again on our return trip in the spring. It has easy access off the interstate and it's always bright and clean.
The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff friendly, and there was a nice selection of food at the complimentary breakfast.
The entire staff was very friendly, and extremely helpful. The breakfast area was quite comfortable, and the food selection was always fresh, and quite extensive. Our rooms were always clean with plenty of fresh towels. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
This isn't a bad hotel for a interstate overnight stop, but was too expensive and it took abt 2 hours to get to talk to the correct staff to check on a billing issue. Very frustrating. Breakfast was ok.
Hotel staff extremely friendly, thanks for warmed cookies at 7pm and directions to excellent restaurant. Quality rooms and service! Qucik check-in/out, dinner across the street and new restaurant being built. This will be an excellent area soon. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage, bacon and excellent cinnabons plus other foods made greqat wake-up and go easy!
