The staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. Easy access to Belfast city centre. Rooms were superb
The bedroom was large and there were nice moulton brown toiletries in the bathroom.
It was quite noisy, facing the street.
Clean and Comfortable room.
Too few towels were supplied. No safety deposit box. Very slow breakfast service (35 minutes to prepare an omelet!).
Good food, reasonably quiet despite fronting on to a busy city street, v. good toiletries!
Smell of smoke in the room (to be addressed by smoking ban in april!), not as 'deluxe' as it is painted to be.
