Breakfast room was very crowded. Had to eat in our room..
Easy access to highways
They need a bit more room for breakfast area
The hotel was in a good location. The breakfast was good for an economy hotel.
There is no elevator.
Comfortable room, convenient location, good staff support
The quality of B/f @ most Choice Hotel properties is below average. It appears like they make the omlettes out of just the egg yellows, so I always skip that and end up with breads, cereal, and yogurt @ their properties
Good location with the proper room rate
Public space is not big
This hotel was cleaner than expected for having pets welcome. The housekeeping staff was excellent in everything they did. Only trouble we had was finding front desk staff when needed.
Easy access from highway. Clean room/comfortable bed.
the internet kept giving me problems and we have to have internet to work.
The best thing about our stay was the attentive staff, namely the night manager Lee who immediately saw to our needs and personally rectified the issues we were having. He is to be commended!
If there is anything that hampers this property it is the very small lobby/dining area. When travelers are checking in/out or attempting to have breakfast this area gets quite crowded and noisy making it a negative facet of this property.
The beds, TV, fridge, and microwave were all good.
The public spaces were not so nice, the pool is tiny and the whirlpool was out of order. Not all of the workers were knowledgeable and helpful. The bathroom was so small you had to stand on the toilet to shut the door.
It looks like the rooms have been redone recently.
Only luke warm water both days & front desk was not very friendly.
Price and location.
The room had the odor of tobacco smoke, yet it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room.
Nice clean property and very helpful employees. Could use some minor updates but very satisfied with the stay.
Furnishings were simple, one of the lights was out in my room, breakfast was nothing too impressing, and customer service wasn't stellar, but I still had a good stay. I had everything I needed, including a frig, coffee maker and hair dryer in the room. Coffee was also supplied in the lobby. There was a pool and fitness room that I didn't get to use, but they were there, and they looked. There was also a jacuzzi in the pool area. The room was a bit chilly and musty, but turning on the heat/fan helped with that.
I have stayed at this hotel multiple times and have been very satsfied with service and value I have received. The hotel has met my expectations from the momment of check in to the time of checking out. Thank You.
I drove my little sister to Beloit College, so I stayed at the Comfort Inn because it has a pool. I went with my two daughters and thought it would be a good idea to wait for my sister at the hotel in the pool. The tiles in the pool had a mass of dirt. But I thought, the water has to have bleach, so just let the girls be 10 min in the water. Well, 2 min later I had a ball of hair floating by my side. I got so disgusted we went out and told my girls I would let them play in the bathtub. The room smelled like smoke, eventhough it was a non-smoker room. In the bathtub, the sealer around the fixtures was black, so my girls ended up watching TV. They have cable, so there is a plus!! We left as soon as possible and visit Walmart. There is nothing to do there. And the hotel was terrible.
