Perfect location, lovely friendly staff. Good price, and helpful staff. Clean tidy helpful staff perfect location. Great location, handy for everything. Very clean budget apartments, nice friendly staff, no complaints whatsoever. Friendly staff amazing hygiene bedding changed towels very often very clean was very happy.

Beds too hard and uncomfortable. Not enough hot water. Drunken people at night kicking doors and shouting. Bad smell coming out of the bathroom. Poor lighting in the living room. Outdated. Location excellent, breakfast good lots of choice, apartment cleaned twice during the stay, apartment very basic to say the least, I wouldn't stay again. Size of apartment, too small for 2 persons. No view whatsoever. Bathroom barely manageable. No hairdryer. Only real downside is that the beds are low and it was difficult to get up as we both have mobility issues. The lift was broken for a couple of days. Noise on the landing. The furniture is in need of replacement. The hotel has been updated and is fantastic just bring the apartments up to date as well. The only thing, sofa was very uncomfortable to sleep on it, and the toilet was a bit dirty, probably they forgot to clean it. Another thing, there wasn’t coffee and hairdryer in the flat. I didn’t like the fact that we weren’t able to open the bedroom window as it opens to the interior corridors. I also didn’t like the fact that we weren’t able to enjoy the balcony because of the air condition blowing hot air down to your faces not to mention that there was no view it was facing other apartments. The bed’s mattresses were awful we could feel every single spring of it and one of the beds the legs kept bending every time we moved and also be sofa bed was also very uncomfortable to sleep on, again we could feel all the springs and it also kept sink in the middle. The bathroom was tiny and it smelled of mould there was no fan but there was a window again opened to the inside corridors where other guests walked pass and tried to look in. There’s only one elevator and it kept breaking down having to walk upstairs to the 4th floor most of the days without any air condition in the corridors it was boiling hot. The food was ok there was variety the only thing I didn’t like was the grilled area meat/fish, the meat wasn’t done properly it was always raw blood! The lift was broken for a couple of days. Softer mattress. Where to begin. The smell of dank and mould is overpowering. The place is like an inner city flat block. I opened the sitting room curtains to look out at a block used by gypsies with rubbish all over it. The bathroom is tiny. The noise was terrible, kids running up and down the corridor outside but staff did nothing about it. The arm of the sofa broke off when I leaned against it. Overall not a nice experience. So bad I booked another hotel and left. For a few pound more you can get a nice place. I was fooled by the pictures that looked okay.

Location, outlook, apartment facilities, excellent value for money. In fact from our first visit several years ago we have returned annually ever since. To avoid disappointment we book December’s stay in May !!!! Great location, easy to get to the old town or onto the beaches. We had a top floor apartment which was huge with a large terrace overlooking the street and seaview which appeared a lot bigger and spacious than the lower apartments. Very reasonably priced. The hotel staff were very accommodating and friendly. We stayed her for my mums birthday and they allowed a friend who arrived earlier to go to our room and put up some banners. Our room was clean and although basic we had everything we needed (except an iron which you can loan from reception). Our towels were changed regularly with out us asking and fresh bedding 3 times in 10 days. The lady who runs the kids club and does a lot of the evening entertainment for the adults is a good laugh. In general, apartment was nice and quiet, air conditioning, very good location, only few minutes to the beach and restaurants, nice staff… Great value for money. Excellent location. Friendly staff. I'll be back. Location is great with everything you need just a short walk away. Staff are fantastic and always happy to assist you. Not our first stay and definitely not our last! See you in October!!
