In general the staff is nice, the hotel is very clean, the prices of services are ok.
The room was too small. Also - and I think this doesn't apply only to this hotel in particular - I found that it's a pity the staff, particularly at the reception, had such difficulty at speaking other languages besides German. Maybe this is something regarding Berlin only. It's a possibility since many friends of mine staying at other hotels had the same complaint. Also, I could never hear the messages on the answering machine of my room phone because everything is spoken in German (again, this is something that happened in other hotels where friends were staying; we just gave up calling each other's hotels)
Breakfast room is by far too crowded
Small room and very small bathroom
silence, location (park in 5 min by pedastrian way)
