Friedrichshain is an attraction in itself, with lovely outdoor cafes in the summertime on tree lined streets such as Simon-Dach Strasse, the answer to hip Mitte’s Oranienburger Strasse (an area which is easily reached by metro). Nightlife is not a problem here, and Boxhagener Platz is a great place to spend your mornings sifting through trash and treasures at the flea market. There are 3 apartments total, each having 30m2 and sleeping 2 people. There is a private bathroom and kitchen in each apartment and the décor is simple and functional. There is a TV. The kitchen has a fridge, toaster, kettle to name a few of the amenities. Also, guests can use the luggage storage if needed. Great privacy and location for a tight budget in Berlin!
