The Waldorf Astoria Berlin is under construction in the center of Berlin’s City West and will open in early 2012. Les Solistes by Pierre Gagnaire will offer a relaxed fine dining experience orchestrated by the world renowned celebrity chef. Romanisches Café, the legendary 1920’s artisan meeting point will be reborn as an international grand café, offering delightful pastries and light dishes. The café faces the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial church and has a summer terrace. The Lang Bar, taking its inspiration from the classic American bars of the Art Deco era, will carry forward the rituals of mixology debuted at the Waldorf =Astoria.
