The hotel once was a bank. The building is ornate and interesting.
It would be nice to have a chair in the room.
The staff there were very friendly, I likes the complimentary breakfast. The bed and pillows were so soft and comfortable. The hotel is in the heart of the city, easy access to everything and anything you need.

I love this hotel. It has great character, is extremely clean and the location is wonderful, right in the downtown, near the arena and right across from the court and near multiple restaurants and bars. The staff also could not have been nicer.
One very minor complaint and one a little more significant: If you're staying around in your room, there are few channels on TV. Couldn't find ESPN, for instance. The more major one is that parking is very limited. Garage next door is closed.
