The rooms were very recently renovated and everything in the room was brand new.
The location was terrible, it was right next to the homeless shelter. Also the exterior appearance was pretty rough.
There was absolutely nothing to love about this hotel. It is the worse hotel I have ever stayed at in my life.
The rooms were not clean - I found crumbs in 'clean' bed. The floor was not vacuumed and the curtain had holes in it. The pool had dirt and broken toilets in it. Don't stay here. You can find a much better hotel 15 minutes away for sure.
Nothing. This hotel needs to not be offered as an option.
This place is nasty. Rooms filthy. Inspections out of date. Staff is rude. Nothing is clean. Terrible neighborhood. Noisy. Even the TV is poor quality. I could not find anything positive about this stay and only stayed to avoid losing money.
We didn't like anything about it. In fact we didn't even stay there. We pulled up and left immediately. It was straight up ghetto. I was scared to stay there. We left and stayed at The Marriott Downtown. It was awesome.
That I wasnt forced to sleep there.
It was the scariest place I have ever been and I cant believe they advertise it on this website.
Staff (especially housekeeping) was courteous and helpful. The wifi worked. Ample parking. Two vending machines. Elevators with inspection certificates that were only four months overdue. Modern laundry facilities.
If you didn't know what crack cocaine smelled like, then you wouldn't be concerned about the diversity of the hotel clientele. Toilet paper was waxy. If you have a preference, bring your own.
Tub was nasty, wouldn't even shower there. Very disappointed in hotel. Pictures on Internet we're deceiving!
