I like the space, how they had everything in the room and friendly workers
the kitchenette and the bed
The man hotel employee that helped me was so patient caring respectful and very professional He also were very well dressed and had such a welcoming smile that's very rare these days even in his profession
The fact that I didn't stay another day but my lost lol
Great breakfast, friendly staff, right off 65
Bed was hard, AC noisy and erratic.
Staff was very friendly, room was clean
Not enough parking
Grounds looked nice. Good parking.
Where do I start? Worst thing is I was ripped off by some employee of the hotel. My passport, key fob and my IPOD was stolen out of my computer bag when I went down fro breakfast. If I hadn't taken my Laptop with me that would have been stolen too.
Friendly employees, exercise room with working equipment, breakfast
The room had everything. It's like having a small apartment
Limited breakfast choices
Location, room, and service was fantastic. Great breakfast.
The staff here are very friendly and helpful.
Great Room. Kitchen, full sized refridgerator with working icemaker.
It was ok.
Ants and roaches in the kitchen cabinets and in the pots pans dishes etc (roach droppings in the lower cabinet where the pots and pans are stored. ants in the bathroom sink area. Entrances to building where my room was located reek of cigarettes.
They put me in the room right next to the elevator so I go no sleep due to the noise.
Very comfortable suite. The hotel is very close to lot of places.
Wanted to extend my stay for 7 more days but they couldn't accommodate us. If you get a room close to the I-65, it gets very noisy.
nice public amenities
self-parking was stated to be unavailable, and was blocks away when finally revealed. valet parking was outrageous at $32/night.
The staff made us as clients feel like our overall experience was their number one priority.
We did not receive fresh towels after our first day.
Rooms were nice. Nice closet/full length mirror/bathroom mirror lighting good, with vanity separate from bath/shower.
Construction mess. The temporary breakfast area was cramped into the makeshift lobby & overly crowded & not enough table & impossible for them to keep clean. Also, no ice machines.
The rooms that are renovated looks great! My room was new throughout and very comfortable with a kitchen supplied with everything.
This hotel is being renovated, so lobby and fitness center were not available. Reception, lobby, breakfast area was crammed into a room the size of a postage stamp. They ran out of breakfast items and did not replace.
The staff was super friendly. Breakfast had a great variety of options. Also liked the newly designed rooms.
We stayed in a room in the building that was being renovated. There was a leak under the sink, constant construction on the building during the day and my allergies were terrible because of the the smells and materials being used.
If I had expected a room with one double bed and a sleeper sofa, this probably would have gotten a higher rating. But the room was billed as two double beds and my daughters were quite disappointed in finding they had to sleep on a sleeper sofa. Also, my husband and I would have liked to sit and talk on the couch after the girls went to bed, but we couldn't. The room was clean, there were cups and glasses in the room and there was a breakfast that was--OK.
We stay at this Residence Inn as the result of hurricane evacuation. The room has full size refrigerator, stove and microwave oven, and full set of utensils. The room is decent sized for a family of two adults and two children. It is nicely located within short distance of gracery stores, shopping malls, and an array of restaraunts. It's a perfect place for evacuation and a few days get away. The staffs, in particular free breakfast, are wonderfully friendly. You feel like at your neighborhood restaurant.
Moved from Ohio to Texas, so we had to find a place halfway between to stay the night. I looked online for a place that was pet-friendly and found this hotel. Unfortunately, they didn't tell me that I would have to pay an extra $75 to bring my dog into the room. I called Travel agency and they did give me a discount on my next booking, but it would have been nice to know this ahead of time. Thankfully I could claim all of this on my taxes. The hotel itself is very nice with lots of food right across the street. I walked my dog at 11:00 PM and did not feel in any trouble thanks to plenty of lighting around the facility.
This was a great hotel with clean, spacious rooms and very easily located. I would definitely stay here again if I were in the same area!
This was a great visit in a resonably priced hotel. Our room was clean and spacious with a clean and adequately stocked kitchen. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with a large variety of foods. The pool is small but well kept. I will stay there on my next visit.
