The rooms were clean. Was really impressed with quality of bed linens, as usually that is lower. These were great. The heater in one room was older and rattled but the other room was good. Free breakfast was decent.
The heater in one of our rooms was older and rattled all night. The other was good though. There were some loud drunk guests that came in about 3am and woke us.Stayed there on our way from Tennessee to Tuscaloosa for the UT / Alabama football game. Overall it was a good stay. Excellent dining just across the street at Carrabas. No far from interstate. Would use this hotel again.
We did not like the breakfast it was nothing to advertise. We did not care for the vanity being so close to the door way and the price wasn't justifiable based on the hotel's overall amenities. This hotel is just too basic. There's nothing extra you're going to get which includes the breakfast. The breakfast was laughable. The hotel wants you to think you're getting a deal but it's a waste of time. I could have slept longer. If they did Danishes and coffee I don't think I would be a problem because I know in getting without the tricks involved with a continental breakfast.
Very clean, friendly staff, very quiet, easy to get around the area
great location, clean, walking distance to many restaurants
terrible coffee, not the best selection for breakfast compaired to the La Quinta in Columbus,GaProbably stay there again next year
Booked a double room with 2 beds. Got std. rm / 2 beds at same price. Manager no help! They were full so took my premium room and sold for inflated cost and stuck me with the standard.Their breakfast was horrible. Just muffins, bagels and toast. No microwave to heat anything. Just a toaster. BAD-BAD-BAD The computer in the lobby inoperable, blamed it on offsite server issues. The bath towels smelled like smoke even though a non smoking facility. Just a dismal place to be
Good breakfast in nice dining area. Real hard boiled eggs--hot! OJ better than the usual.
Yes, room was unclean.Bad! No recommendation at all.
There was no internet service for the 4 night I stayed. I was with the tech support for 1 hour, still internet connection was not restored. The staff also did not anything about it.
Breakfast was very nice. Room is also clean.
Internet is very very slow. I complained and front desk lady reported to somebody. But they did not fix it. Also I thought of making coffee in the room but the coffee machine where we put water is not clean. So, I couldn't make coffee.
It was close to the ballfield where we were going to and the Summit.
We had to wait for a room and we checked in after 2pm. The breakfast was not what was advertised. Too small of a breakfast eating area. Both beds slept at an angle. Blood on carpet between sink and bathroom. Hotel generally had a musty odor.I would give them one star. Will not be staying there in the future. This hotel needs a lot of work and updating to be up to par. We were not the only ones waiting for rooms to be clean before we could check in and it was after 2pm. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Was not worth the price. Hotel said it had hot breakfast. Frozen waffles do not count in my book.
