Pros (+) The staff was very friendly, and housekeeping/guest services was responsive to our needs when we asked them directly, without going through the desk. The location was perfect for our needs; this is a beautiful area of Birmingham.
Cons (-) Definitely not for families. No dresser, no luggage rack, few hangers. Although we were told they had kept the luggage racks in storage after the room remodel, repeated requests for two to help reduce clutter went unheeded. The extra chairs we requested arrived a day or so later after repeated calls. The beautiful frosted bathroom door on a track was a nuisance throughout the week. A lot of noise ...
