A good place to stay, clean and friendly staff. Breakfast was hot and there was a selection each morning.
Bathrooms a bit crumbly in the corners and edges.
Friendly staff and comfortable bed!
Excellent value- full breakfast, great staff, clean/fresh room - one of the best we used on this trip !
Nothing wrong that we could find
Nice staff, clean, short but nice stay.
Couldn't beat the price for how nice the hotel was. It was conveniently located and staff was very nice. You can tell it may have been a different hotel before they turned it into a Marriott, but maybe not, the stairwell and elevator was a little outdated
Pillows were very uncomfortable and bed was a little more firm than I prefer.
The breakfast was impressive. The staff was friendly.
The pool was very boring. We were there for three days and never saw anyone use it. The hot tub had a light fixture hanging loose in the bottom, which made us nervous. The love seat had a worn arm. The television would not swivel for a better view.
I loved the saltwater pool and spa, and breakfast was very good. I was able to put together low-carb options.
Fitness center is a treadmill and an elliptical machine. I was hoping for some weights.
Nice home away from home.
The location and the price
They did not have double beds left
Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good
sone of the caulking in the shower was moldy
This hotel has never failed to make us feel welcome. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms large, well appointed and CLEAN! And this visit was no exception. Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Bismarck South is a great place to stay!
The free hot breakfast. This location has a great selection compared to the North Bismarck location
My only complaint is the Internet and how there is a pay wall to have good speeds. The free speed is adequate but still sub par. At this star level there should be no pay wall.
The weather was NoDak Cold Windy, mosquito killer perfect. I stayed warm, drank hot coffee and watched extrem weather right at the window.
Google Walet protects customers from Id theft. Do not ask for CC when G/W is used.
The size and colors and decorations in room. Not homey for the price should get better
Nice part of town
Evening front desk was rude and harassed my room
The price was appropriate for the room we received.
The breakfast area was not large enough to handle the large crowd that took part in the breakfast provided.
Room was decent but nothing great
We got a handicapped room (did not ask for one or need one), the bathroom was very outdated and the shower leaked all over the floor and soaked my bag of clothes.
Location, it is close to the mall and many restaurants.
Mold was growing in the shower and room was next to stairwell. So we heard everything going up and down the stairwell.
Convenient location and the staff was friendly
Fast food restaurant across the parking lot made the room bright
A lot of noise from the parking lots that surround the hotel. Poor customer service- I was charged by both priceline and the hotel for the room and the hotel was less than helpful. They said they would look into it and call me back, and never did.
the kitchen area
cleanliness of room refrigerated had old moldy food in it
We were charged twice for the room...once by Priceline and once by the hotel separately. That made the overall experience distasteful.
Rude staff. Unprofessional and petty.
The friendly staff, especially at check-in.
After staying in a Fairfield Inn and Suites in St Cloud, MN, this Fairfield Inn and Suites room was not as well appointed, yet it had the same Priceline star rating. It was disappointing to find no refrigerator or microwave in our room in Bismarck.
Everything was acceptable, place was clean and well maintained.
I booked 2 rooms, would have been nice if they had been closer together.Rooms were down the hall from each other.
