My issue is more with kayak and the enterprise website. We arrived to the location at our pick up time only to find out the location was closed due to COVID. While we understand the need to close, it would have been great to have been informed or to not even have the option to book at this location. This caused us to reserve at another location and push our trip back a day.10.0 Wonderful

I was unable to rent a car because I don’t have a credit card and I prepaid. I was never made aware of the credit card requirement. On top of that I cancelled my reservation on 3/25 and today is 4/5 and I still haven’t received my refund. Worst rental agency ever!10.0 Wonderful
