The car ... A Dodge ChargerCons:
The desk clerk mumbled, was not overtly helpful. Finding the car in the lot was a challenge and no help was provided other than pointing in a general direction from behind the desk. the attendant who was working on a returned car parked right in front of us so we couldn't get out of the parking space in the lot. She looked at us several times and saw us waiting and did nothing ... Just slowly continued going about her business. We waited a long time for her to finally move the caro. When we returned the car the next day, the attendant mumbled a response to my question as to what to do with the keys. The driver of the shuttle bordered on sexually inappropriate comments to us (3 women).2.0 Poor

We wanted a full size sedan, ended up with a SUV. Did not like the car and would probably try to do business at an airport or larger outlet if we were to use enterprise again9.6 Wonderful

Staff was friendly and we didn't have to wait to get our car. Paperwork was handled quickly.Cons:
Hard to find parking at that location and low air light was on. We stopped to put in air but the sensor must be bad. Shouldnt have to worry about car maintenance when rent a car.3.6 Poor

Drop off was nice. Just drop my keys in the lockbox and go. No need to talk to anyone and no chance to be mistreated.Cons:
When I was picking up my car, a gold club member walked in, bare footed. But he was treated like a king and I was suddenly a peon. I was handed off to someone else to finish my transaction. And while we were outside inspecting the car, the first assistant deleted my transaction out of the computer so he could continue with the bare footed king. My assistant had to start all over.
