Pros:
Staff didn't pay attention to my reservation on KAYAK, and were clueless about the insurance coverage I purchased from KAYAK. They overcharged me, even though I gave them all the reservation number, insurance policy number and overall charges and left it in their drop box with the keys to the vehicle. I will never rent a car from that location again.Cons:
Everything. I even called the Enterprise location after I booked the reservation on KAYAK, and they seem to have had that information on Tuesday (the 12th) but didn't have a clue by Friday (the 15th) which was the pickup date. I wasn't instructed on my follow up call on Tuesday that any paperwork or confirmations were needed. Sad state of affairs, I would think the Enterprise District Manager for that location would be on top of those types of errors.7.6 Good

The van I rented was a very smooth ride.Cons:
I got near the end of checking in n before I was handed the keys was told that they require an extra $200 deposit. I was a little surprised as I don't remember seeing that when I reserved the car over the website. I got the $200 back once I returned the car, however, was a little "sticker-shocked" at the beginning.10.0 Wonderful

Was really upset that the corporate office called and left me a message stating that they were going to call the police if their vehicle was not returned when I returned it on time!!! Corporate office should of probably called where I picked up and dropped off the van to see if it was returned before calling me and accusing me of not having a vehicle back!!!!!!!! THIS is the ONLY problem I had renting this vehicle8.0 Very good

I thought I was booking at the airport, but the reservation was for an off site location. Luckily the great staff was able to move the reservation to the airport location. So it all worked out.6.8 Okay

Car was clean, it ran well, it was available when I needed it, and the people at the Budget agency were friendly and helpful. The Budget agency allowed me to return the vehicle at the airport so I didn't have to book another 1/2 taxi ride back after returning the car. Thanks, Budget.Cons:
I was not expecting to have to take a $50 taxi ride from the airport to pick up the car. I did not see anything about the vehicle not being available for pickup at the airport when I booked the rental. I can't blame Budget for that--that was Kayak's fault as far as I am concerned. Also, the car I had booked was not available and I ended up renting a much larger vehicle (although it was for the same price). Not used to getting 15 MPG...10.0 Wonderful
