The room was dirty, carpet nasty, furniture nasty, hair in the shower, etc.
The breakfast service was excellent due to the gentleman in charge, Nick Piccola. His friendliness and attention to excellence made our stay a pleasurable experience. Most hotel facilities are similar so it is the employees that make the difference.The location was great! In the midst of things yet tucked away from the hubbub. Priceline made the stay a price performer.
The room was very clean and up to date.
The air conditioning system worked poorly. It was either freezing cold or not running at all.
Rooms and furniture in room shabby .needed paint snd new couch and chair.breakfast was a joke.
The staff was rude. The room was not made up, no clean towels, room not cleaned, no coffee. When I complained I was accused of harassing the help. The bathroom door squeaked so Bradley that if you tried to close it you would wake up the other person.I will never use priceline in this market again!

Rude general manager, not family friendly. Staff did best they could under circumstances. Get what you pay for.
