Although the car appeared that it was cleaned prior to pickup, the interior had a very intense smell of marijuana. It faded over time, but I could sense it the entire two weeks of rental period4.8 Mediocre

Car was dirty inside and out. Not a good situation in a pandemic. Passenger seat would not recline. Stuck in the upright position. I understand we’re in a pandemic everybody is stretched to the limits however I could’ve paid $10 more and gotten a clean car with functioning seats. Would appreciate a partial credit for my trouble. Cons:
Quick in and out. The staff was efficient, kind and professional. I prepaid and had a choice of 2. I opted for a vehicle that was scratched and dented to not look like a rental. The only thing I'd have liked is a freshly washed car... clean windshield.4.4 Mediocre

NO personal parking is permitted here so you cannot leave your personal vehicle here. The attendant and sign out process were both very slow even though the office was not busy.3.6 Poor

The car stunk like cigarette smoke and instead of a mid size like I requested, I ended up with a full size car, a Malibu, which was not easy to drive.6.8 Okay

Oh yeah, when you don’t have the car size and type, just say “hey we are full of sh*t, never believe us.” Instead of lecturing me about how if i want a large suv i should have given you 72 hour notice.10.0 Wonderful

mitsubish Ranger was new car nice and smooth.......Cons:
i booked economic car,when i get to the office my car wasn't available delayed 2.30h and all things i told them was changed somehow ,i booked 1 way coz of being late with 1100 mles to drive i didnt pay attention if they put 2 way trip charges were fair $ 250 for 2 days ended up charging me $442 because i made one way which i was telling them before printing receipt..............something sad flight option was $ 340 to my place. so sad!!!!Budget
