The apartment is located on the first floor (no lift) of a building built in the 30s and was completely renovated in 2011. We try to keep the style of the home without renounce to the comfort.
It is a 55 square meters apartment, plus 30 square meters a private terrace and has two bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom.
4 beds: 2 beds (size 90x200 cm.) And two comfortable sofa beds (size bed 80x205 cm).
Services: Fridge, Dishwasher, Electric oven, Hairdryer, Iron and ironing board, Bed and Bath linen, Television, DVD Player, Baby Changing, Private parking ( for car of average size ), Travel cot for children under 3 years (on request). Minumun stay 3 night. The weekly rate (7 nights) from 450 € to 600 (fair periods excluded)
