Got bed bugs. Had to go to the med clinic to get treatment. And guy was selling drugs out of room next to us. Offered to sell us some.
There was nothing I didn't like.
The Air condition didn't work and no one ever checked on it.
We checked in to the hotel the floor wasn't vacuumed, there were dirty wash clothes under the sink with no clean ones hanging, an open bar of soap on the sink, hair in the tub, blood stained carpet, and an unflushed toilet. Front desk didn't care.
Clean for the price.
Breakfast cannot be taken out of lobby.
after taking a shower when I look at the tub all the water was brown
cleanliness, the bathroom was dirty and when we went to frontdesk(couldn't call phone was not working) we were told no one was on duty, and they gave us some comet to clean the tub.
The staff was nice and that is ALL I have to say positive about it. It was very unclean. The refrigerator didn't work and the carpet was filthy. The pool water looked dirty. Some of the electrical sockets didn't work. There was a lot of thugs hanging outside as well. .
This hotel is disgusting! The mattress was filthy, the carpet was dreadful, the room is old and outdated, the curtains had holes in them, and the tub backed up with water. There was remnants of something that dripped on the door frame above the door and a thick off white paste at the bottom of the tub. Did I mention that this was in a 'suite'?!?! We had to request an iron and hairdyer and were asked when we would bring it back because they're were only two for all the hotel guests. There was no microfridge and I was afraid to even touch the microwave because it was filthy!! This place should be torn down. Its nasty and not worthy a penny! We were forced to spend the night there b/c all of the othe hotels in the city were filled due to the Port City Classic. When we left the hotel I observed kids cleaning out the rooms...KIDS!!!! I'm going to call and report this hotel. I'll make it my mission that no one has to endure a night's stay at the Best Value Inn in Bossier City!!!
The room was clean enough, but was showing a lot of wear and tear. Needed some maintenance work. WhenI pay the lower prices for a room I do not expect as much. Location was okay but is next to an overpass and our room was nearest to the traffic. Kinda noisey. Staff was nice enough.
