The location to the local casinos was great
No microwave in room. There was a random ceiling fan. Called on phone and was told free breakfast with reservation and wasn't true. Pool closed early for cleaning. 6 hours later and still not opened. Tiny pillows and no place for phone charger.
Overall, the stay was very good.
First - the reservation did not 'show up' in their system - I had to call hotels.com and verify...EVEN THOUGH I had a confirmation number.IT took almost 30 minutes to get in my room. Once everything was "verified" I was told they only had a smoking room available...since I 'didn't have a reservation. The room was I guess handicapped accessible - there was a weird shower - that inevitably got water EVERYWHERE!! ZERO water pressure and a handle shower to 'rinse' off with. It was crazy!! We didn't have a blamnket/comforter on one of the beds - called front desk - they were 'out of blankets' - A casino hotel...on a MONDAY night...was out of blankets!! There was no trash can - no channell guide(not important, just another lacking piece) - We were in town for a funeral - in the morning, woke up...realized the DISASTER we were facing with the 'shower' - it took me forever to wash my hair...and then I went to make coffee - in the offbrand Keurig type machine - and guess what!!! It didn't work...unless you held the button down for about two minutes as it heated the water, etc. I thought it.d be worth the extra money to stay here...versus staying near the airport...yea...not so much!!!
