Nolan House is a small non-smoking B & B in a privately owned Victorian home, (circa 1860). All rooms are clean, spacious, have tv, are air conditioned and furnished to create a warm and comfortable home-away-from-home atmosphere. There is free on-street parking 3 mins. from house on week days and on week-ends there is free parking anywhere from fri. nt. till mon. morning. A hearty breakfast is served daily. South Boston, fondly called Southie, is a predominately Irish neighborhood of Boston. We are near Boston Harbor, minutes from Downtown Boston, the Financial District, and the original Filenes Basement. The World Trade Center, the Black Falcon Terminal, the new Boston Convention Center, Bayside Expo Center, are all very close or within walking distance of Nolan House. Outside our door, a #9 bus will take you straight thru to Copley Square and Newbury Street, (10 min.) or take the subway from Broadway Station through to Harvard Square or MIT , (10 min. on the Red Line).
