Bed springs squeaked; AC unit was so filthy it looked like it had about 10 years of buildup inside; pillows were flat; no TV channel guide - only guide for HBO; blanket holey-some almost as big as a quarter. I have pictures. Was told 'carbs' for breakfast
Mirrors by the bed
Owner/Manager absolutely rude and selfish to his staff and guess
Location, not much else!
Breakfast and breakfast area, raunchy and run down, never made bed or replaced towels until after 5PM and I was already in the room. Most everything was less than average!
Put me in a 'non-smoking' room with an ashtray and reaked of cigarettes... The hit me with $150 free for smoking in room... I don't smoke. I :-(
The breakfast was very lacking...
Friendly Staff, very clean...
Cheap, clean basic hotel. Absolutely no frills, almost spartan, but as long as price is low its a good deal.
it was clean stuff was ok
Great for the price.
Internet was pathetic
We liked it all. It was an amazing experience.
It was easy to find. Right off interstate and surrounded by great restaurants.
It wasn't real clean. Dirty underwear behind bathroom floor. Trash was all under bed. Floors looked clean , but just walking from bathroom to bed your feet would be black and sticky.
The room was clean! Bed was clean, bathroom was clean. I felt safe in the location and in my room. That's all I really ask for in a cheap hotel. But as a bonus the staff was really nice and there's a decent breakfast. No complaints
It's very close to everything Bowling Green has to offer. Nice beds and pillows as well.
Location was super easy to find. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Room was nice and clean with 2 queen sized beds. We just stayed one night on a road trip and didn't need a lot of amenities so it was perfect for one night stay.
The free breakfast was rather sparse, but adequate for a quick bite before hitting the road. The only hot food was waffles and toast/bagels you could make yourself. All else was packaged; pastries, oatmeal, etc. But they had fresh fruit and hot coffee!
Exactly what I needed a good night's sleep.
First room had bed bugs and the manager refused to refund money. Second room smelled and all staff was very rude.
easy, friendly check-in. location. fairly quiet. bed was comfortable.
dirty corners and floor everywhere. under par breakfast offering
Hairs on the duvet cover , hairs on the floor of the bathroom
Dirty, TV/remote problem, bath light shorted out, heating/air conditioning not adjustable, carpet filthy, bugs in bathroom, bad smell.
Beds were fine. Room was adequate. Front desk helpful. Breakfast ok.
Cigarette burns in the blankets didn't go over well with my wife and kids. Bathroom is more dormitory than hotel. However, fine place to stay for a quick overnighter on the road.
The hotel staff was very friendly, and the location was great because it is surrounded by many places to eat and is right off the freeway. The hotel had free-internet, free parking, and clean rooms.
The hotel was completely out of extra blankets and roll away beds the two nights we stayed; though I believe the hotel was fully booked. The breakfast was great, but you had to get there early to make sure there were items left, other than the cereal.
The motel is dated. Needs updated.
Everyone was courteous and friendly
Variety at breakfast
We knew we'd have a 7.00PM check-in, Then just go out for dinner. A comfortable night, then a 6.30AM breakfast, and hit the road again for a nine hour drive. This hotel worked out just fine for our plans, plus a reasonable rate.
Everything was fine, no complaints whatsoever.
Old furnishings worn towels, rooms show their age.
Location, simple, well priced.
Rooms were a little worn out, but clean. Breakfast was very limited.
Convenience to freeway, restaurants, gas stations. Staff was friendly.
The room was not very clean. The carpet did not look like it had been cleaned in some time. Even an older hotel can be made to look nice with a proper cleaning.
Needs updating. Smelled bad in lobby area. Coffee/breakfast area way to small, not enough food choices, and tiny coffee cups. Very rough bath towels. T.v. is way to high on wall and uncomfortable to watch. Room did not smell clean/fresh.
Location was nice. Staff friendly.
Walls were filthy but carpets were even worse. Room was disgusting. Air was not working throughout made it very hot.
Not clean and nothing worked well from air to sink.
