Clean, spacious, welcoming, price, good breakfast, quiet
It was all good
It was a decent, clean room and about what I expected for a 2.5 Star hotel.
I had to wait for about five minutes for a clerk to check me in at around 6pm. The key failed and I had to get another. THE SHOWER DID NOT WORK and clerk just shrugged and said 'sorry'. I was already unpacked and too tired to insist on another room.
The continental breakfast was fine. The fellow at the front desk was very good at his job- knowledgable and friendly.
When we got there, there was a TERRIBLE smell that was permeating the hotel, especially the floor we were on. I have no idea where it was from but it dissapated in the morning. We couldn't smell it in our room thankfully.
We were not expecting a handicapped room so there was only one small chair. Etc. .
Convenient. The employees were very friendly. The breakfast was simple and fresh
No hot water on Sunday morning!
Breakfast was mediocre, there was no hot tub.
When I got a proper room, everything was great. At first I was given a room that had been smoked in - and it was BAD! But when I requested a change, they were quick to changeNice breakfast
People who smoke in nonsmoking rooms and then you get that room afterwards!
Clean, large rooms. Comfortable beds. Free internet with nice free breakfast choices.
No fridge in room.
Friendly staff, clean room, excellent hot breakfast, free internet
If we had been staying for more than 1 night, it would have been nice to have a fridge & microwave in the room
Great food & awesome front desk crew. Would definitely stay there on my next visit.
Overall experience was great!
The rooms were nice, the beds comfy, and the breakfast met my high standards
The staff was very helpful, nice, and would go the extra mile for a client.
Housekeeping was terrible. Did not give us clean linen, make our bed or do any other cleaning.
Very nice place.
Toilet didn't work. Had to switch rooms.
Location, room cleanliness
Renovations made it a little tough to get in and out, breakfast in a cramped space. Just temporary, but affected the stay.
Should not classified as Marriott hotel Room not consider Marriott standard
Breakfast was decent
It smelled weird & pool was silly small, and way overpriced !!
Very nice staff. Good free breakfast.
Very loud! Noise carries - I think I could hear the person in the next room breathing. Every door shutting was audible throughout the entire hotel.
Newer remodeled rooms. Free breakfast.
Furniture in room needed updated. It would be nice if the rooms had fridges.
The young man at check-in was very pleasant and accommodating.
I called to request a rollaway as I was traveling with 2 teens and only given a king bed. The lady at the front desk wouldn't do this and told me repeatedly, that this is what I get for booking on Priceline. The young man at check-in, kindly provided one.
They left the breakfast bar up past 9.
Surprised it was rated at 2.5 stars. Looked run down and bathroom wasn't clean.
they gave us a free roll-away
renovation, front desk lady was very groucy and wouldn't let us go from a king bed to 2 queens room. on a MONDAY night, when they had 7 room booked!there was no-one in the hotel!
The location was close to the interstate. Easily accessible.
I would have considered this a 2 star hotel instead of 2 1/2.
The rooms and beds were comfortable. It was fairly quiet, some road noise from the interstate nearby.
The pillows were incredibly uncomfortable.
It was quiet at night .
There was no work out room available and the pool was shut down. The breakfast was cold and the overall selection was at a minimum.
Not great, but not terrible either. Room could be updated but was clean and served its purpose for a nights stay.
It was reasonably clean
Unfriendly staff. Very short breakfast hours with meager offering. Dangerous parking lot. Shabby place.
Hallways are very narrow. Breakfast area is very small. Breakfast was below par.
polite staff, nice breakfast
ground floor room and window did not lock. woman traveling alone, that is always a concern
Exterior and lobby were very nice
THat they wouldn't switch a king for two queens and the front desk clerk was rude
Front desk staff was fine, there is very little training/knowledge of customer satisfaction although they all sign a plaque that says we are their guest and our wants and needs are met and valued. It should add 'unless you book your room thru Priceline'
They have instituted a policy that charges $20 if you desire a 2 bed room. There were rooms with 2 double beds available, but I was booked in a king. When I asked to switch I was told that since I booked on Priceline there would be a 20$ fee.
We did not spend a lot of time in the room and were not looking for great accommodations, just a nice clean place to sleep. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was about what I expected, and the room was fine.
We've stayed at this hotel several times. It is convenient and usually a good bargain. Even though the hotel says it is completely non smoking, the rooms smell smokey when you walk in.
We ended up staying here when I came to Bozeman with some friends who made the reservations. I worked in the hotel as a front desk clerk just couple years ago when I lived here, and it always amazed me how their practices seemed very unsanitary. The conforters were only cleaned once a month if they were able to get to them... i'm sorry but that is disgusting, it may not just be this hotel that does this but knowing first hand this is what they do it really creeps me out. they also put stained towels and sheets in the guests rooms as long as it isn't too dark of a stain, they don't want to lose money on it, but honestly i don't care how much bleach you use if you can still see it, it needs to go in the garbage. they do have a continental breakfast that is pretty good, although not a huge selection. From the outside it looks nice the little details are what bother me about this place.
We stopped here after a 12-hour day on the road. Like many motels of this type, it featured clean rooms and had a small indoor pool with hot tub. A breakfast with cereal, fruit, & waffles was served. What we loved and did not expect were free magazines and newspapers. The beds were great with triple sheeting and four pillows per bed. No germ harboring bedspreads! This alone warrants the five star rating. Minor downsides were the location adjacent to the freeway, lack of exercise and Internet facilities, and skimpy toiletries. Great value still!
