Clean, newly renovated hotel. Right on the TC highway. Perfect for an overnight stop.
Beds were very comfortable. The included hot breakfast was great and the breakfast area was comfortable.
The heat in the room was very difficult to control. Fan had 3 speeds and was either on (very noisy) ALL the time, or you have to set it off (which seemed to mean no heat). Temperature very hard to control.
Paid $15 upgrade to main floor top notch
Having to pay $15 to get on main floor all discounters get second floor at this location
Good price for what you get. Very friendly staff.
Cleaning staff tends to finish early. You will have to remind them to clean your room, otherwise it will not be done. This has happened a couple of times when we have stayed.
COntinental Breakfast was good, some variety.
When we returned to our hotel later in the day, our bed was not made and floor not cleaned. It was explained to us that the maids had left and that because they were short staffed, that they did not finish cleaning the room. We were not compensated!
Located on the TransCanada Highway outside of Brandon, convenient for a stop on a long trip.
We were given a handicap accessible room (not needed, that's just what was available I guess). Shower head was mounted at a height of 5 feet, so you either had to squat under it to wash your hair, or you could hold it and wash with one hand.
Next door to McDonald's and gas stations. Driving distance to other restaurants.
The hotel was still undergoing renovations. Clean and new rooms, but hallways are a mess. Offered breakfast choice limited.
It was under construction
The hotel was under construction and the old rooms were definitely outdated / needing an update. The breakfast was disappointing.
room was a good size .bed was comfortable and amenities sastisfactory
did not like carrying luggage up a flight of stairs, the continental breakfast was acceptable but the room was small and crowded
The staff was very friendly. A very good hot breakfast. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and pillows. We liked the idea of the Air Museum being close by the hotel as we enjoy WWII Aircraft.
We had the chance to stay in Brandon while attending the Tournament of Champions and coudn't have been happier with the friendly service at the Comfort Inn. Everyone was so very helpful with directions around the city and we were very happy with the continental breakfast. Would stay there again in the future!
We paid a little more for this room, 123, but it turned out to be a lucky decision. The room was right around the corner from the lobby, yet still quiet. Five steps from the 24-hour a day coffee area, ten steps from the breakfast room, still quiet! We backed the car right up to our patio door, 3 steps away. Room was clean. Queen bed, microwave, fridge, free wi-fi. Continental breakfast was toast, waffles, cereals, juices, fruit, hard boiled eggs, good coffee. Check-In and Out was easy. Close to the #1 highway. Next door to McDonalds. Maps and tourist brochures available. Friendly staff. Thanks Comfort Inn!
For a small hotel this place is fantastic, I satyed for 3 nights during the fair the hotel was sold out most of my stay but you would never know nice clean quiet rooms and the staff are awesome 100% recommendation!
Stopped by for a night, and decided to check out the City- it is a beautiful area and would recommend the Commonwealth Air Museum- the Comfort Inn has one of the WW2 vintage Bollingbrokes right on their front lawn! Service was great, local restaruants wonderful!
