|Extended Stay America|
Room was more than dirty. Staff was poor. Bad experience. I took pics of how nasty things were in the room
noThe Hostess Nichole was great and made me feel very welcome
As far as a dollar-for-dollar value, I was very happy with this stay. I have had bad experiences at a different Extended Stay America (St. Peters) and refuse to go there anymore but I have no problem staying at this one (Earth City)again.
There were some minor imperfections in the room - nothing that impacted the overall comfort of my stay. The morning breakfast is weak but there is a kitchen in the room.I spoke a few times with the manager. She actively seeks feedback as, apparently, she's in the process of overhauling the hotel's operations. She seemed to listen and was appreciative of the feedback I gave while there. The room I had was the nicest of any I've used while at an Extended Stay America. There are still improvements that need to be made to the hotel but I get the feeling that the management is serious about doing just that. I'll stay there again (and I travel frequently to this area). The location is not as convenient when it...
The new management has really made this a enjoyable place to stay. Thanks Lilly for all the hard work u have done and continue to do to keep Such a nice Extended Stay property. Misti
Not a clean as I'd prefer.Probably on par with a what a 1 star is supposed to be.
inside of rooms are damaged and nasty to the eye. Rooms did not have some of the amenaties that were shown on the website. No hair dryer, no coffee, no ash trays in smoking rooms and the breakfast was a joke!Hotel staff was great but again the hotel rooms need painted, were smelly and did not meet our expectations at all. Would have rather paid $10 more and gotten a room elsewhere!
TASHARA HAS THE PATIENCE OF A SAINT AND VERY HELPFUL, NOT TO MENTION IS A SWEETHEART TO SAY THE LEAST. RHONDA AND TRACY ARE BOTH EXTREMELY HELPFUL, OUTGOING, AND GREAT WITRH CUSTOMERS. MS. LILLIE IS VERY OUTGOING, HARDWORKING AND HELPFUL.
THE DESK CLERK, HAS A VERY CONDESCENDING ATTITUDE WHICH I DO NOT APPRECIATE AND I OBSERVED OTHERS HAVING THE SAME ISSUES WITH HER. SHE NEEDS A CLASS IN BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY TV STILL HAS NO VOLUME ON SOME CHANNELS & KITCHEN & FURN. CLEANED.WE STAYED HERE A FEW YEARS AGO FOR 6 MONTHS. BACK THEN THE HOTEL WAS OLD, BUT IT WAS KEPT UP MUCH BETTER. WITH THE EXCEPTION OF SPIDER NESTS THEY HAD UNDERNEATH NIGHTSTANDS(I WAS BIT REPEATEDLY & BECAME VERY ILL). MANAGEMENT BACK THEN WAS LOUSY TO SAY THE LEAST. THEY WERE THE MAIN REASON WE LEFT. WE CAME HERE THIS TIME, ON OUR WAY TO MOVE, BECAUSE THIS WAS THE DEAL ON PRICELINE. WE HAVE TO SAY THE HOTEL HAS DEFINITELY BEEN LET GO. ROOMS WERE EXTREMELY DIRTY AND...
It was very close to the lil wayne concert.
NoneThe room was very great. It wss nice to hae a refridgerator to keep things cold. I didnt use the stove, but being able cook something was a definate plus.
generous sized suite.
Got a smoking room despite asking for a nonsmoking one. Entire floor reeked. Kitchen and bathroom were lacking in maintenance. Bathtub, for instance, was missing a stopper, which made it hard to bathe our baby.Big rooms, but the hotel has seen better days. Not kept up well. If you're hoping to stay near anything to do, it's also not great. In the middle of an industrial park. Cleanliness and maintenance issues. Would not recommend it.
