Beautiful facility, we are World travellers and this hotel is up with the best. The staff were extremely obliging and nothing was too much
Peaceful and relaxing. Staff were excellent, nothing was a problem for them.
Ridiculousy overpriced. Not 5 star as advertised. Most expensive suite, The Master Pearler, was such a major disappointment, that we moved to a Studio apartment. Whoever designed the Master Pearler suite should be shot! The suite is very spacious, but dark because of the lack of natural light, 2 ceiling high windows at each end, no balcony and no view of any sort. All mod cons, but felt very oppresive, and to put the icing on the cake, all of those suites are above the pool bar/bar. Some rethinking needs done or guests will share the same disappointment as we did on entering. Menu sounds exotic, food does not reflect this, very bland. Light control for rooms, a degree is needed to master it, and bed lights are useless due to bad position.
