The location was ok.
The room was a total mess. Not clean at all. No chain lock on the door. People obviously live here and it seemed very sketchy. Bugs were everywhere. The tub was completely gross and I used flip flops to shower. I will never stay in this hotel again.
The bed was comfortable
That the bathroom wasn't really clean.
Roaches in the room. The toilet and bathtub did not drain well, there was no hot water on the second day. I think I could have got a better mattress at the dump. This place needs to be razed and start over. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY! DON'T STAY HERE!
We found roaches in our room. The hall way to the room was dirty and we did not have enough towles.
Nothing really I can say on this except the bed was a king size and it was close to where I needed to be.
Shower didn't work, we reserved smoking and got non, wife said room stunk, bed was not that comfortable, we had table but no chairs, toilet was disgusting and cracked, advertised as a deal of $-- & should of been like -- for how poorly it was kept
Hotel was close to HPU campus and eating establishments. Some improvements have been made since last stay.
A/C units need to serviced and freon added, uncomfortable to stay in a warm room, had to open door at night and let cool air in, all in process of turning off lights to make sure no mosquitos.
Dirty, filthy rooms
The TV had a tube in back of it, the alarm clock in the room displayed 'L8CU' instead of an actual time (old and lights out on the clock), the cleaning staff came by and picked up all the bath towels and didn't leave any clean ones.
TV did not work. There was no soap by the sink. Cockroaches on the floor and shower curtain.
Clean; good location
WiFi is un-usable. This motel should not advertise that it is available. It takes 5+ minutes to load just one website page, and then another 5+ minutes to switch to a different page.
IT was very clean, and very quiet, even though it is on a major street. I never heard anyone walking down the hall or steps...For an older hotel, it is worth the money..
Only issue I had, was cheap toilet paper(my pet peeve)otherwise it was a good experience.
usually don't get room with good A/C but room stayed nice and cold.
swimming pool was not clean, hot tub did not work.
The faulty equipment in exercise room. Bugs and spiders in room.
The motel staff were excellent and very helpful. They were there whenever we need anything, likes towels or whatever we needed. Mary, one the clerks was especially helpful and friendly.
The only thing that we didn't like about the hotel was that the hot was down cause there was a problem with a part that didn't work.
Room not clean, door didn't shut properly, refridgerator and air conditioner didn't work correctly.
The overall appearance of the property is showing age and in poor condition. We used to stay there when it was the Holiday Inn.
Air conditioner did not cool, public areas full of cigarette butts. Fridge too small.
The hotel offered a n/c hot breakfast, which was very good.
Rooms were very dated and furniture very worn. Construction workers occupied many of the rooms and they hung out in the parking lot smoking and drinking with their buddies. I was not comfortable leaving and returning to my room
