The apartment Grand Place 2 was located central, Grand'Place was only 5 minutes walk. The apartment is spacious, very well-equipped and spotlessly clean. Excellent access to public transport and shopping areas. woul recommend any time.
they asked for a security deposit of 300 eur and until now, and there is one week after check-out, the amount was not back on the credit card. still waiting for the money refund!! I think they should clearly specify that security deposit is needed, otherwise if we didn't have the money what would we do??
Very nice room for the price - and great location.
They do not have internet!!! I was on a business trip and this was a real problem. I am going to lodge a complaint for false advertising as they say on their site they have wifi but they don't actually even try to provide it. Also - you have to get your key one place and walk 10 min dragging bags to the apartment. Or pay for a cab. Its tiring. You also have to walk up very steep steps and there are three doors to unlock. You are told your leave you keys on the table when you depart - but you can't get out of the building without unlocking 2 doors. This means that you have to drag your bags downstairs, leave them on the street and run back up with the keys. Its also tiring. So not a nice place to stay alone.
I have visited a fair few cities, and I can quite honestly say that this is the best city accommodation I have ever stayed in, better than any hotel. The apartment (Brussels Buzz) was incredibly central - we could see the Bourse from our window and the Grand'Place was only another 5 minutes walk. The Bourse premetro station was only about a minute from our front door, allowing access pretty much anywhere in the city. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully appointed, very well-equipped and spotlessly clean. The lady in the office was friendly, efficient and helpful (not that we ever needed to contact the office again after picking up our keys). All in all, I couldn't recommend highly enough.
The only problem (which had nothing to do with ApartmentsApart, obviously) was that there was music playing in the building, probably from the adjacent bar, until about 5am. Not a big problem for a heavy sleeper, but could be annoying for a light sleeper.
ApartmentsApart have appartments spead out over the city centre so you don't know where you'll be living if you book online. I got lucky and got an appartment just around the corner from Grand Square in brussels - a beautiful place!
The webpages said I would have wifi for a charge, but when I got there the wifi wasn't installed. For me the wifi was very important as I needed to work online in the night. Also the TV wasn't working. I believe the company had just expanded their in Brussels and that's the reason I didn't get the service I was paying for. Anyway, I believe it was unprofessionally handled.
Excellent location, close to centre, lots of space for a family.
Could have been a lot cleaner also as it's an apartment wouldn't suit anyone that wants access to hotel facilities.
Spacious apartment, great location.
Matress not as good as everything else.
Very nice, large apartment.
Guests should be aware that they need to check in early.
very modern and trendy apartment. Helpful staff in the office.
unpectedly far away from city centre. one guy (I assumed he is a staff) followed us to the room and looked at some water tank in the room but without saying anything to us. We felt kinda odd and rude. He asked if I speak French and didnt explain anything to me after I said no. He ignored me whatever I asked.
The apartment was cosy and felt like a home. Besides, I enjoyed the location, and the shops and bars nearby .
Location was excellent, 5 minute walk down the hill to The Grande Place, 5 minutes up the hill to the main shopping center. Kitchen facilities and lounge were a boon.
Should have a heads up about the need to call ahead to have staff meet upon arrival.
