Having the luxury of a serviced appartment
Even though our room had AC we could not activate it and so suffered from a stuffy room as it was very hot and humid in Budapest.
Kind staff, good position
The hotel was not ready for the guests, still was things to do. Air condition din not work. The breakfast was poor, all days the same. There was problem with paying with American express card-the hotel sistem; sad
Clean, new hotel with friendly staff, who took seriously our needs and questions. Hotel location was nice and convenient.
The location is good, although I wouldn't consider it "the center" location. The hotel looks like quite a new facility, but the airconditioner was not working and the breakfast was not that good.
Not easy to find - there was not even a sign informing us that it was a hotel. Although the front desk clerk was not able to open the garage door, we were lucky to be alowed to park in front of the hotel. And, as I mentioned above, they had problems with airconditioner.
No indication that the building it was in fact the hotel: "City-Hotel" was not available for easy identification
