Pros:Seemed inattentive.Cons:Drove 9 miles total and they said I used over a gallon of gas. I didn’t even think I drove that far. The gauge never moved from full. They charged me $20 more for it. I dropped it off at the airport for a flight so I can’t go back and dispute this in person. It’s just appalling.Reviewed Jul 10 2020

Pros:Finding the car and the car itself were perfect for our trip.Cons:When we were checking in the line was extremely long and there was only one person working. She did her best to move quickly but it still put a delay in our travels.Reviewed Aug 26 2019
