Room was fairly clean and had a kitchen.
There was construction on the 3rd floor. It woke me up at 8:00 on a Saturday morning. If I'm paying good money for a room, I expect to be able to sleep in without demolition going on over my head.
The proximity to shopping and eating places was good.
The cleanliness of this hotel had much to be desired. Also, granted, breakfast was free, but it should have been for what was offered. There was a strong odor either of cigarette smoke or of something having burned in the kitchen area of the room. I commented to the the front desk clerk about it, and the person said, 'Oh...someone down the hall has burned something, and he's been talked to about that before.' It was as if the clerk had received that complaint often and had a standard reply prepared to give. The odor was remained all night even with my window propped open. Also, the 'breakfast' was a joke. There was nothing to drink. They had small packaged muffins like you can buy at gas station convenience stores, and there was nothing to drink. They also had packages of oatmeal and containers filled with hot water to use for that. Furthermore, the kitchen utensils were filthy, and I e...
Rooms were good , neat and clean.
The lady works during day shifts were not that helpful as compared to the one who works in evening shift.
The location was good.
The odor, the service, the toilet, and the breakfast all come to mind.Upon check in, I was told that the only rooms available were smoking rooms and that I could not be moved. I requested a roll away bed was told that one would be brought up. When I called to check on it, they claimed that they could not find one. The desk clerk assured me that she would take care of it, but she never called back. The room had a strong odor of both smoke and wet dog. Also, the toilet had a broken handle and would not flush. The grab-and-go complimentary breakfast was a joke. Coffee and prepackaged muffins and granola bars. What was really classless was the way two hotel staffers continuously stood in front of the breakfast area making it difficult for guests to get to the food items. Nobody gets two granola bars on their watch! My advice would be to drop a few extra dollars and stay at the Hampton just up the street, or you...
This is a great hotel for the rice paid and the star level. My top criteria is whether I would let my family stay -- definitely yes. Not a four star, but excellent for the level it is. Clean, nicely decorated, comfortable with microwave, fridge, & etc.

I was able to get a decent room at a decent rate. It was a refuge during a snowstorm.
The staff person who checked me in was extremely harried (although pleasant). Hotel seemed understaffed. The TV satellite system was not working, apparently in the whole hotel. I wish that I had been told when I checked in.Hotel was nothing fancy, but although it was very basic, it was clean and neat and worth the price I paid. Still wished the TV worked, though.
