They helped me when I had a problem with insurance - let me call from their phone (since it is very expensive to call from USA for Czech people), were smiling all the time, gave us clean car and drop off was very fast and easy.Budget

We had a good car that proved very comfortable for what was a long journey, from Chicago to Newark in 8 days, with a few days stopped off here and there on the way. Fuel consumption was very good, particularly for a car in the USA (albeit a Korean one): 50mpg was pretty typical going a steady 60-70mph. Luggage space was very good. Budget was very amenable to our changing the drop-off location from Boston to Newark, at no additional cost (one-way rental cost already paid).Cons:
We had to go for a one-way rental, which gave a very much more expensive per-day price for the car, particularly for a short rental of 8 days. Notwithstanding this expense, it was possible to get a one-way rental and it was, if anything, less expensive than other suppliers.6.8 Okay

The car looked clean but I had cleaning wipes and looks are deceiving. I used a half of container of the cleaning wipes and they was black after cleaning the car after I picked it up. The seats had some stains and brown stuff on them10.0 Wonderful

I did not like that the car that I chose was not available. This place has limited options. It took about 30-40minutes to get my car rental since they had to clean it. The car also did not have a full tank of gas. Recommend going to another place.10.0 Wonderful

They called me to confirm my rental after I booked it (a human), which was a very nice touch. The staff at the rental counter were extremely friendly and got me in and out quick on pick-up and again on return. Very grateful for excellent staff at the Enterprise in Oak Lawn, Illinois (SW Hwy)Hertz
