Nothing. They called the morning of my rental and told me there was no car for me and basically, too bad for me.Cons:
They could have had a car on the lot for me instead of calling 30 minutes before I was set to pick the car up to inform me there was no car and there would not be a car at any point.9.6 Wonderful

... But a strong odor of second-hand smoke made riding uncomfortable. Then again, since the air conditioning did not work below about 1,500 rpm, I had the windows down -- which kept the smoke odor at bay :-(7.2 Good

I really liked the availability of the rental and the ease of picking it up. It was a great, clean car.Cons:
I was pretty disappointed when I extended my rental drop off time by 24 hours and realized the amount of the charges. I inquired about the charges when I dropped it off and was told it was correct. I just really thought it was quite excessive.8.0 Very good
