Cagnes Sur Mer, beautiful flats on the ground floor in a villa with an independant entry from the house.. The flats are completly renovated and newly furnished, they have one large, seperate sleeping room, bathroom, and living room with a sleeping couch for two. The kitchen are also completly new and fully equipped. You have a private terrace just in front of the swimming pool, with a heated whirlpool. Sunbeds are at your disposition next to the pool. The breakfast is very copious with fresh french butter pastries, freshly pressed oranged juice, eggs, home made jam, etc, served next to the pool. Towels and bed linen are provided. The villa is situated in a very quit residentiel surrounding, close to all touristic events. About 3 km from the beach,5 minutes walking from the famous musueum Renoir , about 10 minutes walking from the center, where you have all kind of shops, supermarkets, fresh vegetable and fish market. Cagnes sur mer also has a medieval part, with its castle from middle age. The acces with a car is recommended, your are about 20 minutes from Nice, 15 minutes from the airport, 40 minutes from Cannes or Monacco.. You have a parking place at your disposition in the closed property. However, if you do prefer to come without car, you have a bus stop 300 meters from the house and also the train station 15 minutes by foot.
