Cons:
It was apparent to me that the location in Wayne did not have enough vehicles to accommodate all of the reservations. It worked out in our favor because we were given a nicer vehicle but someone may not have been that lucky. The computer system was not working when I arrived which led to increased time. The staff was very helpful despite the challenges2.0 Poor
