Location is perfect and the hotel facilities are really nice.
Thinking on this resort as being in a remote location, there were not many ammenities to offer for families. We had to use our own table games to get us entertained.
Impressive swimming pool. Great wet-bar. Luxury rooms, they had the detail of putting flowers and champagne in our room after I indicated we were in a honeymoon.
Very poor food quality in the buffet for a five star resort. Personnel not very professional compared with another destinations like Playa Bavaro in Republica Dominicana.
The hotel was very well run, polite staff, lovely food, clean, well designed rooms, comfortable, beautiful beach, good entertainment (don't usually like entertainment, but this was excellent local dancers and band, and a samba class which was fun)
Incredible Reveillon Party. Very well prepared.
We can see the best quality on food and condiments but not well used when prepared.
Beautiful big pool, excellent meals and all drinks included. The chalet and the super king size bed is a invitation to relax.
Nothing important. Everything was perfect.
