1. It's on the beach which is nice. 2. You're in the hotel zone, so you can go up and down the hotel zone and even venture into downtown Cancun with a simple $1 bus ride or 14 pesos. 3. Close proximity to Selecto (grocery store). 4. Close proximity to the plazas (caracol and la isla).
1. The lobby staff is rude AF. Type AF into google and look at the urban dictionary link. They are not accommodating at all. 2. The meal plan is a joke. I saw what they offered for buffets and lunches, YUCK. 3. It's expensive for such a basic hotel. They are not even a major brand, please stop charging $200+ for a basic room in a hotel. 4. Stayed in a ocean view suite and it really wasn't worth it. 5. They charge per person which I had no idea about. I initially booked a room with 2 queen beds for myself and 2 guest. But the travel reservation stated 2 people. When I arrived, I had to cough up an additional $180 for the 3rd person because they were not included in the initial travel reservation. I tried to explain to them it didn’t make a difference in price when I booked on KAYAK. 3 people versus 2 people did not change the price if I didn't select the meal plan....they still demanded the additional money for the 3rd person. Um. Okay?
beautiful beach, and good prices inside the hotel. Staff friendly. Beach perfect for family and relax.
Someone stoled money from my backpack in my room and my room had a problem with water, where the water flow through the floor. Maybe I didnt had look but, this was my experience
We felt like what we got at Kin Ha was exactly what we paid for. It's a cheaper option, so things aren't perfect. The room is in okay condition, but who goes to Cancun to be in their room? We liked that we had a small kitchenette so we could go to the mini-supermarket nearby and buy breakfast makings for the mornings. The beachfront was quiet and clean, and the pool area was nice. The staff was very friendly and gave us a little bit later of a checkout. All in all, it's a solid choice for the money.
Like I mentioned before, you get what you pay for. There are some things falling apart in the room and the beds were really small. We were only there for one night, so these things weren't too big of a deal. For a longer stay, just ask for a room with bigger beds. For the money, it's a pretty good place.
