beach and downtown proximity was great! The room was comfortable and price was right. Thank you for the great service too.
I would have really enjoyed having a coffee machine (even a cheap one would be enough) and a microwave. I had to go to the convenience store to make popcorn and heat my leftovers! Also, please please please put WIFI in the rooms and not just the lobby! Thank you.
1. Good for tight budget 2. Close to down-town and to main tourist hotels zone 3. Good transportation 4. Variety of activities and local tours 5. Little swimming pool
1. Small and mostly shaded beach front. 2. Beach is sufficient to bath, but not for swimming and snorkelling 3. Restaurant on the water in front of beach. Obscures the view. Staff running through the beach area back and forth all the day. 4. Buffet type restaurant seems to have very limited choice 5. The weather was not good.
Staff was friendly
No laundry service
air conditioner of every room are noisy breakfast not included (extra $8usd) beach too many algae Too many boat around the properties. Far from the activity street
Tiki bar was under construction...
The pictures were accurate the hotel is Right on the beach. My room was clean with a kitchen and w nice view of the beach and pool. I liked that the only people staying here were Mexican families on Holiday and other Islanders. I like small beach front hotels and that's what I got. Close to down town Cancun. There is a restaurant to the hotel right over the water.
The assistance from Carlos on the front desk on our arrival was excellent... there was a mixup with the booking and his assistance and persistence was above extraordinary...
It is definitely not located at km. 6 of the boulevard! Rather km. 2, which places it way on the outer edge of the zona hotelera, almost on the mainland. Also be aware that this is very much a place for Mexican families on holidays, so expect a Mexican standard level of service / comfort / etc.
Clean large rooms, directly very nice hot shower. Cheap compared by other hotels in the zone.
Site Booking.com gives wrong gps as km. It is on km2.5. Beach is not very swimmable!
nice comfortable rooms
no internet access available even in lobby while it is mentioned wired access in rooms. address is given as Km 6 while actual address is Km 2.5. Not centrally located.
