I liked our view of the bay and the hotel was lovely.
It's the kind of hotel that takes itself too seriously. It was billed as a five star resort, but the only difference I could see between it and any other hotel in the states was the bidet in the bathroom.
The bed was extremely comfortable, and the food in the restaurant was excellent, the cheese board was outstanding.
Able to relax after a long journey made to feel very welcome at all times from the staff.
The staff was courteous and the rooms were very clean. The access to the spa facilities was easy. Breakfast was a good value and the food was delicious.
Parking was limited and I had to pay to park, even after booking a full weekend in the hotel.
The Spa was a lovely treat with excellent resources.
The reception staff were very poorly trained. The person who dealt with my group on arrival was very abrupt and quite rude.
All staff were very efficient and friendly. Our room was excellent. Arrival and departure were achieved most efficiently.
Wine at £8 a glass was expensive.
I can't fault this hotel in any way, i will definitely stay there again when i'm in Cardiff.
Free champagne bought to us, as it was our wedding night.
Prices of food meant that we waited until home to eat breakfast.
The cooked breakfast was not very special. Rather sparce, bacon hard.
