I liked everything staff was really friendly everything was clean and breakfast was good
That I couldn't stay longer
There was nothing i liked only the room suite size if they were to upgrade n fix them up.
First off all its not clean the refrigerator had nasty smell. Ac in rooms dont work! The wiifii is terrible got better service standing outside n getting motel 6 way better wifi. But the worst thing of all is rooms have roaches in bathroom. 2nd nite there switched a total of 3 rooms! Manager didnt really care never once apologized just offered 20%. Made it seem like i was lying never again id stay there.
Not good, on the first day we had problem with the shower and on the second day it was the aircon inside the room....
not much for what we paid
very bad room smell TV broken & front-desk person pretended not to hear me when I complained dirty surroundings, especially behind the elevator airconditioners different in each room wifi difficult to access dirty corridors disorganized breakfast no front-desk help after 11am you had to go to reception if you needed anything forgot my nightie & no return call; effort to get it back to me surroundings disheveled; huge brown leaf over the beautiful fig tree lagoon water near pool was mossy green curtain broken on one end curtains did not close to darken room; we had to clip with a hair clip window in living room broken safe was broken
The location was pretty good for distance from work, but when the iron is locked to a broken iron board, may not be too nice. The staff was very courteous.
Fitness room 7am-10pm (no 24hr), broken iron board and not able to use the full board, loud, Internet was real bad.
Room was spacious, had a kitchen area with fridge and microwave. Free breakfast was more then expected...waffles, yogurts muffins, cereal, great drink selection
Rooms outdated and few maintenance issues
Close to Legoland, SeaWorld and the beach.
The business area is too noisy. It would be better to have a door so people using the business area are not disturbed. The wifi kept disconnecting. From the two computers in the business area, one did not have Internet access. This was the only complaint I have. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.
Pool and jacuzzi were dirty! Received a towel with a roach in it. Breakfast was lousy. Not a good place to stay if you like cleanliness.
I had some where to sleep
I didnt like the hotel
I liked the extra couch and flexibility of having 2 rooms. The kitchenette was nice, but not usable. Great location and a good value to stay on your budget. This hotel is pet friendly!
The sink in the kitchen didn't drain. The refrigerator didn't work. There was no hot water at the sink in the bathroom, but there was hot water in the shower. The light switches are equipped with motion sensors and when you get up in the middle of the night, the lights automatically come on.
Staff wasn't very friendly. Seemed bothered by the questions I had.
Breakfast was very good.
Clean rooms but dated
The staff was not very helpful. The pool was really dirty. The water was cloudy and had debri. I did not let my daughter get in the pool. The water was cold even though the font desk gives you a paper that says the pool is heated all year round. One staff member told me they never heat the pool and the other said that the heater broke one week ago.
i liked the extra couch, extra separate bedroom in 2nd room for my kids and grandson. i liked the kitchenette. front desk employees were very efficient and checked us in very quickly. they were also very cheerful and seemed to enjoy working there.
breakfast was out of eggs and was never refilled. staff member did not speak english when asked for syrup which was empty. took a lot of time to get any more syrup. it was very noisy in the room and could have used some dividers to quash all the screaming kids.
The location is great Staff was nice
Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Besides hearing people, the freeway is right next to it, so it's very loud. The rooms are old, don't expect anything fancy, but everything was functional and good for just staying one night. There are other options right next door, choose Motel 6 over this, it's cheaper and better quality!
good sized room
I liked the rooms and the extras . the staff was very professional. Every one was friendly.
Okay for the price paid
access card did not work couple of times during stay. had to goto reception to made it work.
Our primary stay to visit LegoLand. Therefore, we like hotel with 2 queen beds & extend sofa bed. Everything is good & -ve only for oldish look.
