Enterprise did not have any cars available when I arrived at my scheduled time. What is the point of making a reservation, getting a confirmation and then arriving to be told I wasted my time?10.0 Wonderful

Usually rent from Enterprise. Tried Hertz. Very unprofessional.Cons:
The place was closed when I got there at noon which was when I was scheduled for pick up. Then I had to wait an hour to get the car because it was not at the there. I drove it home and found out the battery was dead. Had to wait for AAA to jump the car. Then I had to drive to Firestone to get a new battery. Another hour wait. Headed to Florida, ran into bad weather and found out there was now window washer fluid. A very bad experience with Hertz rental car.10.0 Wonderful
