Fast courteous checkin
Location is good and convenient
Bugs crawling up wall! A/C has dust and debris blowing out of vents. Nonchalant staff spend more time outside smoking than focusing on customer service!
The pillows were very good and the continental breakfast.
The bed to flat and hard.
It was clean.
The hallway and hotel entry smelled terrible. The room itelf smelled fine.
Very close to UWG, food, shopping, everything needed for delivering a student to college. Hotel is reasonably new and all amenities are in great condition. Breakfast and attendant were both excellent!
All was good!
It is an affordable option for people traveling on a limited budget and probably one of the better hotels in Carrolton.
The front desk staff members were too busy eating their spicy cheetos to look me in the eye during the check in process...she could have at least excused herself to wash her hands before starting the check in process.
